Prepares and completes accurate and compelling Requests for Proposal (RFPs) by leveraging pre-written text and creating customized responses for complex and high profile opportunities.
Core Responsibilities
- Responds to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) using pre-written text and creating new text for complex and high profile opportunities. May review RFPs from more senior professionals for quality control and guidance.
- Reviews, interprets, and researches questions about Vanguard and related subject matters within short timeframes. Owns the RFP completion process at each stage, including research, writing, revision, and production.
- Performs research on investments, fund performance, or other financial services topics. Coordinates subject matter expert research as needed.
- Assists with RFP content management to update samples for future use and archive final responses for retrieval.
- May respond to other requests, including industry surveys, as needed.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
- At least five years related work experience and two years Prior RFP/RFI experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
- RFP knowledge management experience
- Strong stakeholder management
- High emotional intelligence

- Strong project management skills

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
