In this role, you will integrate closely with subordinate program offices, supporting classified programs, resource planning, and rapid capability development initiatives across the U.S. Marine Corps.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Maintain and manage the MCWL/MCIA SharePoint site, ensuring accurate documentation of personnel rosters, technical deliverables, STI, and contract-related files.
- Consolidate, edit, and deliver the Monthly Status Report across 24 branches, while tracking program deliverables and ensuring timely submission of Contract Deliverables and Science and Technical Information to Defense Technical Information Center repositories.
- Coordinate large-scale meetings, workshops, and high-level events, handling venue scheduling, Visit Authorization Requests, guest management, and compliance with security protocols.
- Provide comprehensive procurement support, including CAC processing for new hires, Purchase card purchases, monthly reconciliations, and inventory management of both classified and unclassified equipment.
- Oversee contractor onboarding by collecting personnel documentation, maintaining summary sheets and photos, and verifying resumes against contract Labor Categories
- Associate’s degree or at least 4 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or logistics support.
- Experience managing SharePoint sites and maintaining structured documentation systems.
- Proven ability to consolidate technical content into polished reporting formats.
- Strong communication and coordination skills for interfacing with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience supporting DoD or USMC programs, particularly in a classified environment.
- Working knowledge of CDRL tracking and STI/DTIC submission processes.
- Ability to interpret contract Labor Categories (LCATs) and validate personnel qualifications.
- Previous experience coordinating high-level government or military meetings and events
- This role requires an active DoD Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI Clearance.
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Must be able and willing to perform occasional manual labor and warehouse duties, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
