Responsibilities
- Identify, classify, organize, and index batches of medical records, claim documents, and legal documents.
- Work with OCR system to organize documents.
- Serve as integral piece of MSA production workflow.
- Must be extremely organized and detail orientated.
- Flawlessly handle material of a highly confidential/sensitive nature as well as a variety of complex situations involving clerical/administrative functions.
- Use judgment & initiative to determine the appropriate approach/action to take in non-routine situations.
- Within established guidelines, make independent decisions regarding planning, organizing & prioritizing work.
- Demonstrate agility and flexibility for changing business needs.
- Strike a critical balance between high quality and productivity.
- When necessary, demonstrate agility in “rush” situations
