We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on production machinery and subsystems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position will be full-time, on-site in Wilsonville, OR.

Job Description
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on production machinery and subsystems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position will be full-time, on-site in Wilsonville, OR.
What You’ll Do
- Rigorously follow all safety policies and procedures, including LOTO, arc flash, and stop work authority
- Perform troubleshooting, repair, and installation on production machinery and subsystems
- Provide emergency repair response when equipment breaks down
- Complete assigned preventive maintenance tasks on time, including documentation
- Assist in the control and maintenance of the spare parts inventory, including locating and ordering parts and supplies for production machines and maintaining records
- Collaborate effectively with others across the organization to collectively achieve business objectives
- Communicate effectively through written, verbal, non-verbal, and visual methods
- Adhere to quality and compliance standards to ensure safe and effective use of the products manufactured
What You'll Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Five or more years of experience performing advanced-level troubleshooting and repair on production equipment that operates 24/7
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and customer service to the production floor
- Ability to sustain high performance standards and attention to detail in unsupervised situations
- Experience using a PC-based system in a network environment, with working knowledge of Windows OS, Word, Excel, and CMMS programs
- Prior experience in a medical device manufacturing environment
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
- Must be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in person
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time, with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
