Basic Qualifications:

- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to systems, software, and user access
- Monitor, analyze, and resolve technical problems while ensuring compliance with established customer rules and security guidelines
- Use tools such as UTT, UEE, and XKS to support system monitoring and compliance
- Perform SQL queries to retrieve, analyze, or troubleshoot data issues

- Document issues, resolutions, and best practices while maintaining accurate records
