What Youll Do
Youll take charge of day-to-day campus maintenance needs to ensure our assisted living and memory care community stays safe, functional, and welcoming. This includes:
- Managing general maintenance duties, including painting and drywall
- Handling landscaping and general grounds upkeep
- Troubleshooting and repairing leaks and waterproofing (windows, A/C units, etc.)
- Installing and repairing plumbing in kitchens and bathrooms, unclogging drains/pipes
- Completing preventative maintenance work orders on schedule
- Responding promptly to corrective maintenance needs
- Driving a company vehicle for pick-ups and deliveries
- Maintaining campus painted surfaces and demonstrating wall patch/paint skills
- Working with precision and attention to detail
- Assisting with occasional security duties as assigned
- Ensuring confidentiality of all resident and campus-related information
- Hanging wall coverings and performing finishing work to a high standard
- Handling special tasks (e.g., painting, locksmith work, tenant service requests)
- Keeping maintenance records organized and up-to-date
- Taking on-call duties as assigned or needed
- Performing all other duties as directed by supervisor
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Work in all weather conditions
- Have open availability and a team-oriented mindset

Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
