We are seeking caring dentists passionate about pediatric dentistry to join our growing dental team! Both Full and Part Time positions available at our office in Bakersfield, California
We provide comprehensive dental care to children from as young as newborns all the way to 20 years of age. At our practice we strive for intentional, comprehensive care in both our patient facing roles as well as our behind the scenes systems and policies. All office policy and workflow revolves around empathy and understanding toward our young patients, taking care and time to acclimate them to dental care and stabilizing their oral health. As a private practice we can offer guaranteed daily rates without expiry dates and clinical autonomy not available in corporate or DSO environments. All lab fees and material costs will also be covered by the practice with no impact on your compensation nor production. We utilize thorough and meticulous administrative planning to ensure you can focus on your clinical work without worrying about outside factors.
For applicants interested in part time roles, we can provide complimentary overnight hotel accommodation should you wish to remain local between work days. Tesla supercharging is also available in our partnered hotel's parking lot.

The only true requirement is empathy and care for our young patients and the patience and heart to help them love their time at the dentist through behavioral management and genuine care. Experience preferred, however new grads and provider’s new to pediatrics are always welcome!
