The Hacienda, a Historic, newly renovated, 1927 era hotel is open. We are now interviewing and hiring for a night auditor overnight shifts Weekdays/Weekend and Holidays .
This employee will:
· Ensure that Front Desk standards of hospitality and procedures are being met.
· Provide outstanding customer service.
REQUIREMENTS
· 2-3 years Hotel Front Desk experience
· Excellent people skills and ability to communicate effectively
· Customer-oriented approach and patience
· Problem solving and decision making skills
· Ability to multi-task and follow through
