1\. Coordinate food preparation and meal service.
2\. Perform detailed work routines, using various dietary utensils,
supplies and equipment, as assigned by the Dietary
Manager or Supervisor. Work duties include dishwashing, pot and pan
washing, cleaning, plating food for tray
line, working the tray line and servicing the dining room and trash
removal.
3\. Assist with department inventory program.
4\. Check and inspect food products and supply as delivered, in the
absence of the Dietary Manager.
5\. Supervise and assist in storage of supplies and food products.
7\. Assist with annual checklist inspection of department.
8\. Be knowledgeable of federal, state, and communitys rules,
regulations, policies and procedures.
9\. Attend scheduled department staff meetings.
10\. Attend in-service educational programs.
11\. Follow defined safety codes while performing all duties.
12\. Follow defined Infection Control procedures.
13\. Understand communitys fire and disaster plans; follow established
procedures during drills and actual emergencies.
