Respiratory Therapist | Home Health & (ICF) Facility Opportunities
Hacienda HealthCare is seeking licensed Respiratory Therapists for opportunities within both Los Ninos Home Health Medical Services and Hacienda HealthCare's Respiratory Therapy Department. Opportunities may include Full-Time, PRN, day, or night schedules depending on departmental needs.
Available Opportunities:
- Respiratory Therapist (Home Health): Monday through Friday day schedule. Responsibilities include monthly client visits, ventilator oversight, equipment and supply management, caregiver training, documentation, and support with transitions from facility to home.
- Respiratory Therapist (ICF)(Facility-Based): Provides respiratory care services within Hacienda HealthCare's Intermediate Care Facility, including respiratory treatments, ventilator management, airway care, emergency response, patient assessment, documentation, and patient education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform respiratory assessments and monitor patient status.
- Provide respiratory therapies and treatments as prescribed.
- Manage invasive and non-invasive ventilation equipment.
- Provide tracheostomy and artificial airway care.
- Educate patients, families, caregivers, staff, and team members on respiratory equipment and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation.
- Ensure respiratory equipment is functioning properly and safely.
- Communicate with interdisciplinary team members regarding patient needs and care.

Qualifications:Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Graduate of a respiratory therapy program approved by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association.
- Valid and current CRT or RRT credential issued by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
- Valid and current State of Arizona license to practice respiratory care.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be capable of performing the requirements of total client care.
- Must attend required orientation and training programs.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Home Health Position Requirements:
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience using mechanical ventilation, including invasive and noninvasive ventilation.
- HME experience preferred.
- Must meet the driving requirements necessary to operate a company vehicle and be eligible for coverage under company insurance.
- Must qualify for company insurance.
- Must be able to travel as required and participate in on-call assignments.
