- Perform maintenance, installation, and improvement tasks for facility equipment and building systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, implementing corrective actions for continuous improvement.
- Complete preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
- Participate in Kaizen events and process improvement initiatives.
- Support building and grounds upkeep.
- Collaborate with your team to keep the facility running at its best.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience (mechanical installation, machining, or related industrial work).
- Knowledge of basic plumbing (preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a logical, structured approach.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Comfort with both office and hands-on work; able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Independence, reliability, and a commitment to safety.
