Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Associate Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing accurate, timely, and professional support to customers across order management, quoting, invoicing, and communication processes. This role plays an important part in ensuring a seamless customer experience while supporting internal operations and identifying sales opportunities.

This position is part of the Customer Service team located in Loveland, CO and will be on-site.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Accurately process customer orders and maintain account information within order management systems
• Monitor and update order status, ensuring timely communication with customers and internal stakeholders
• Provide phone-based customer support, resolving issues and documenting interactions
• Manage urgent order requests and coordinate escalations as needed
• Support invoicing activities, including reprints and issue resolution
• Identify and submit potential sales leads during customer interactions
  
  
  

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High School diploma required
• Experience or exposure to customer service or transactional support environments
• Proficiency using computer systems and business applications
• Ability to accurately process orders and manage data within systems
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft Office) preferred

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $20.20 - $25.00 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
