What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part time Evening Laboratory Assistant position at HACCP Assurance Services?
The Part Time Evening Shift Laboratory Assistant position duties include assisting technicians who are performing microbiological testing of food products, ingredients, and environmental samples, as well as drive to one of our customers to pick up samples. Responsibilities of the Part Time Evening Shift Laboratory Assistant position includes but are not limited to:
- Assisting in some laboratory related tasks under the supervision of lab supervisor or dept. lead
- Provide routine preventive maintenance by daily cleaning, dishwashing, sanitizing and trash disposal.
- Assist with equipment quality control by documenting temperatures.
- Assist with the manufacturing of microbiology related materials
- Maintain safe, efficient, and compliant lab operations, to include equipment maintenance
- Drive to a customer to pick up samples if needed
- Job Type: Part Time Evening Shift
- Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5:00PM-10:00PM

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
