Position Summary
As a Security Systems Technician, you will install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial and residential security systems, fire alarms, video surveillance, access control, and related low-voltage systems. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, enjoys working with technology, delivers excellent customer service, and is motivated to perform at a high level.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of related experience preferred, but we will train candidates with the right attitude and aptitude.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for technology and learning new systems.
- Enjoys hands-on work and seeing projects through to completion.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with networking, low-voltage wiring, field service, or similar technical work is a plus.
- Wire pulling experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Michigan Fire Alarm License Preferred

- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
- Professional references to verify previous experience.
