JOB DESCRIPTIONPOSITION SUMMARY: The Construction Helper is a working position. The position utilizes personal construction skills to construct homes, and is responsible for following the supervision, safety, instruction/training provided by the Site Supervisor to ensure daily quality of work at a new build or repair site.
