Member Duties : You’ll make improvements to ReStore operations in order to increase revenue, enabling Oshkosh to build mores homes. 1) VOLUNTEER OPTIMIZATION: Create and implement a plan to expand the use of volunteers in the ReStore, helping to improve the shopper experience and increasing sales and in-kind donations. 2) IN-STORE EXPERIENCE: Based on feedback and best practices, make a plan to improve the store’s layout, signage, etc. 3) RESTORE OPERATIONS: Review store operations, spending time in each role to gain a deeper understanding. Revise operating procedures for the store and develop metrics to measure progress. NOTE: ReStore operates Tuesday – Saturday.
