Duties
- Lead and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales
- Implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities to increase revenue
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate cash handling, POS transactions, and bookkeeping records
- Develop and execute employee orientation programs, training sessions, and development initiatives
- Coordinate purchasing decisions and manage vendor relationships for inventory procurement
- Monitor store budgets, perform sales analysis, and manage retail math for pricing strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and foster team collaboration
