Habitat for Humanity of Collier County is looking to add a Community Association Support Specialist to our team!
Position
The Community Association Support Specialist provides direct support to the Property Manager in the daily operations of Habitat Collier communities. This role stablish strong homeowner relationships, handles homeowners’ communications, assists with on-site tasks, supports meetings, and ensures clear, consistent coordination between homeowners, the Board of Directors, and management. Fluency in English, Creole, and / or Spanish is required to effectively serve a diverse community.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Manager with on-site inspections, walk-throughs, and field tasks.
- Help monitor compliance with community rules and maintenance standards.
- Document and track issues, follow up on open items, and support timely resolutions.
- Respond to homeowner phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in English, Creole, or Spanish.
- Send community notices, updates, and communications.
- Educate homeowners about community rules, regulations, and procedures.
- Assist with ARC/Modification forms and guide homeowners through the process.
- Help organize board and community meetings, including scheduling and logistics.
- Prepare meeting materials, reports, and follow-up communications.
- Communicate updates between the Board, homeowners, and the Property Manager.
- Maintain accurate records, forms, and documentation.
- Track homeowner requests, violations, and ongoing projects.
- Serve as a communication bridge between all community partners.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Skills & Abilities:
- Fluent in English, Haitian Creole, and / or Spanish (required).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
- Willingness to work both in the field and in an office setting.
- Experience with community associations or HOA operations is a plus (training provided).
Work Environment
This position involves a mix of office responsibilities and on-site community support. The Specialist works closely with the Property Manager and interacts daily with homeowners and Board members.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
