Habitat Collier is looking for the next member to join our Community Association Team!

Who you are:
A highly motivated and organized strategic thinker! As the Association Relations Manager, you’ll be responsible for executing the governing documents, with the goal to ensure a greater good for the residents. This position plays an active role in running the day-to-day operations of multiple communities to include budgeting, facilitating board meetings and ensuring each community is properly maintained.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manages and supervises the administration, improvement, maintenance, and general operations of residential properties within HFHCC communities
  • Oversees all governance related activities including leading the association formation process, document creation, amendments and other related requests
  • Serves as the main point of contact between HFHCC and Property Management Agencies
  • Develops and presents detailed budgets and financial reports related to the Community Associations
  • Coordinate services and ensures compliance with various Collier County Agencies
  • Regularly inspects all association communities, reporting and assisting with violations and improvements
  • Directs and coordinates board meetings, trainings and all other related community building events
  • Maintains property records including maintenance, operating costs, special permits issued, and agreements with Property Management
  • Describes and imposes guidelines, rules, and regulations to homeowners, visitors, and the community
  • Conducts and presents project updates during regular meetings with Community Association Team
  • Supports the pay-off process by educating the homeowners as to the financial responsibilities of all Association Members
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications, Skills & Abilities:

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish and/or English/Creole
  • Florida CAM License preferred or willingness to obtain licensure after hire
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience required
  • High-level financial acumen/ Banking or Financial background
  • Must be willing to travel between our different communities in Collier County
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with ability to train others
  • Basic understanding of the materials, methods, and tools used to construct and repair buildings and infrastructure of properties
  • Understanding of laws, guidelines, and best practices of property management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
