Habitat for Humanity of Carroll County is excited to announce an opening for a Part-Time Program Coordinator to support our Aging in Place initiative within our Critical Home Repair Program.
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about serving others and building strong community connections. The Program Coordinator will work closely with homeowners, volunteers, and local partners to help individuals—especially older adults—maintain safe, stable housing and independence.
Position Highlights:
• Part-time, hourly ($20 /hour based on experience)
• Starting June 2026 as a 1-year position, with potential for continued employment beyond the initial term
• Opportunity to make a direct impact in Carroll County
What You’ll Do:
• Build meaningful relationships with homeowners and applicants
• Conduct in-home visits alongside our construction team
• Coordinate services, referrals, and support for families
• Lead outreach efforts—connecting with community partners, attending events, and increasing awareness of Habitat’s programs
• Partner with local organizations to expand access to resources
• Help strengthen housing stability for those in need
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has experience in social services, case management, or outreach
• Is compassionate, organized, and a strong communicator
• Enjoys working with older adults and diverse populations
• Is passionate about community impact and housing stability
