This role will primarily focus on developing and maintaining our high performing team and culture within our US business, and will work in close partnership with the global People Operations team to shape our global People strategy.

You will be accountable for:
- Culture and engagement: shape and develop our ambitious, thoughtful, collaborative, high-performance culture. Identify, design and implement new practices and standards to promote engagement and inclusion across our regions
- Coaching and development: partner closely with team leads to coach for performance and resolve issues where appropriate. Ensure we have the right processes, resources and capabilities in place to support our team's diverse interests and talents, deliver at scale and invest in our team's future successes
- Hiring and onboarding: ensure we have a diverse team of people who are aligned with our values and in the right seats, at the right time to deliver our growth. Collaborate closely with the global People team to design, improve and optimize our attraction, sourcing and selection processes
- Compliance and scalability: ensure our core people processes, policies, protocols and decisions are robust, scalable and compliant with US employment standards
- Premises: ensure our US office operates smoothly and provides a great environment for our team to collaborate effectively
We think you'll thrive in this role if you are:
- A natural culture-carrier, with a proven track record of coaching leaders and developing culture - ideally having spent 3 years in a senior People Operations role in a high-growth environment
- A skilled and versatile communicator with high levels of emotional intelligence and a proven ability to build meaningful connections with a wide range of people
- Highly knowledgeable about US employment law & regulation, with experience designing and implementing scale-up appropriate policies and processes
- Numerate, precise and with razor-sharp attention to detail
