Habitat for Humanity ReStore is seeking a Director of Retail Procurement to lead a high-impact, revenue-driving function focused on securing large-scale product donations from businesses, manufacturers, builders, and contractors.
You will own the strategy, pipeline, and performance of procurement efforts that fuel our stores—turning partnerships into product, and product into revenue that supports our mission.

What You’ll Do
- Own and drive procurement revenue goals, securing high-value product donations that directly support ReStore sales targets
- Build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline of business donors and partners
- Prospect, pitch, and close partnership opportunities across construction, manufacturing, retail, and supply industries
- Establish, track, and report on sales metrics and KPIs (donation volume, value, consistency, and revenue impact)
- Lead and develop a results-driven procurement team, holding staff accountable to measurable performance goals
- Create and execute strategic sourcing plans aligned with retail demand and revenue targets
- Represent the ReStore as a brand ambassador and sales leader at networking events, industry meetings, and community engagements
- Partner with Operations and ReStore leadership to ensure donations translate into sellable, high-performing inventory
- Collaborate with Development to steward donors and grow long-term partnerships, including financial contributions
- Promote and maintain safe, compliant working conditions
What You Bring
- Proven success in sales, business development, or partnership management with measurable performance outcomes
- Experience managing pipelines, forecasting, and tracking performance against revenue goals
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills across diverse industries
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategies that drive results
- Experience leading teams and building a performance-driven, accountable culture
- Familiarity with retail, supply chain, construction, or manufacturing industries is a plus
Experience & Knowledge
- Background in relationship-based sales, business development, or donor cultivation
- Experience driving revenue growth, partnerships, or supply pipelines
- Understanding of retail, inventory sourcing, or supply chain operations (preferred)
- Familiarity with construction, manufacturing, or building supply industries (a plus)
Work Environment & Schedule
- Primarily local, community-based role with frequent travel for meetings and events
- Combination of office, fieldwork, and occasional warehouse/store engagement
- 40–45 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends
