The Leasing Consultant/Office Assistant must be have excellent customer service skills, written and oral communications skills and an attention to detail. Prior property management Tax Credit experience is desired but not required for this role. TCS certifications are a plus! Pay commensurate with experience.

Job Requirements
- Prior property management experience as an Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Consultant is a plus!
- 2 years Clerical Experience is required.
- Tax Credit Experience is desired but not required.
- TCS certification is a plus!
- Experience with planning resident events and newsletter planning
- Yardi Software experience strongly preferred
- Must be able to work individually and meet deadlines
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are required
- Must have an attention to detail for both the physical property and required Tax Credit paperwork
