Habitat America, LLC is a growing property management company that specializes in apartment communities. A part time Concierge/Front Desk Clerk position has become available for one of our communities Broadview and Woodcliffe located in Baltimore, MD. The hours for this position are 7 AM - 3 PM or 3 PM - 11 PM Saturday and Sunday. Additional hours may be needed for other shift coverage. Holiday hours may be required.
Our Concierge must possess excellent customer service skills. The Concierge is responsible for handling front office reception and administrative duties, including greeting guests, signing them in and out of the building, answering phones along with various other office duties.

Job Requirements
- Excellent customer relation skills desired
- Have working knowledge of proper phone etiquette
- Moderate computer knowledge needed
- Must be able to monitor security cameras
- Possess organizational skills and have a general knowledge of office duties
- Upbeat "can-do" attitude
- Pleasant and professional demeanor at all times
- Hours needing coverage are 7 AM - 3 PM or 3 PM - 11 PM Saturday and Sunday -- have the availability to cover other shifts as needed
- Must be able to work on Holidays should they fall within the scheduled shifts.
