Habilitation Assistance Corporation is seeking a full-time Program Director for our South Yarmouth day habilitation program, which provides services for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee staff to ensure delivery of quality services and supports that increase lifestyle options, independence and improve our members’ quality of life
- Assist the Regional Director with administrative tasks
- Provide case management including compilation of data, writing progress notes, attending annual meetings
- Communicate with administration, families, other agencies and service providers on a regular basis
- Ensure best practices are implemented within the program.
Qualified candidates must have:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in the human services field with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. A Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Experience in a day habilitation program a plus.
- Current knowledge of developing/writing service plans.
- Excellent organizational skills
- This is a full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, salaried position with a great benefit package, including generous paid time-off. Starting pay scale is between $55, 000-$58,000/year depending upon relevant experience .Interested candidates should submit a cover letter and resume.
