Front Desk Team Member

You’re often the first smile our patients see. Setting the tone for a positive, comfortable visit from the moment they walk in. In this role, you will:

• Greet patients with a friendly, welcoming attitude
• Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
• Assist with check-in/check-out and collect payments
• Keep the schedule running smoothly to support a productive day
• Provide outstanding service across phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Insurance verifications and claim submittals
• Referrals

Experience is a plus, but not required. We’re happy to train the right person! What matters most is your attitude, reliability, and enthusiasm for learning and growing with our team.

Position Details:

• Full-time: 35–40 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, Friday 7:00 AM–1:00 PM
• Salary: $14-18/hour - based on skills and experience
• Location: One of our multiple Savannah-area offices
