No picking/packing experience? No problem. We hire for attitude and work ethic first — many of our best team members came from housekeeping, construction, food service, and other hands-on industries. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and can keep up a good pace, we'll teach you the rest.

We're looking for a full-time Order Fulfillment Associate to handle daily picking, packing, and shipping of orders for our consumer and retail customers.
What you'll do
- Pick, pack, and create shipping labels for business-to-business orders
- Support the Warehouse Supervisor with external fulfillment prep and pick/pack/ship for both HABA and Bella Luna Toys consumer orders
- Follow our packing standards and procedures to keep quality high
- Keep supplies and inventory organized
Helpful, but not required
- Experience picking and packing orders
- Familiarity with shipping software/WMS (ShipHawk, ShipStation, UPS WorldShip, etc.)
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
