As an insurance sales representative for Haberer Insurance Agency, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote our products including Home, Auto, Flood, Boat, Motorcycle, Umbrella

REQUIREMENTS :

Must be positive, assertive and dependable with an upbeat phone voice and professional communication skills. Must be proficient using computers and have good problem-solving abilities.

Property & Casualty Licenses required.

Some sales experience preferred. We offer full training for position.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Prospecting and generating new business

Identify customer needs, present appropriate products, and grow customer base

Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

Provide prompt, accurate, friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Meet new business objectives.

Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

COMPENSATION :

This position is compensated with a competitive base plus commission and possible bonus opportunities Ouragency is committed to providing superior service to our customers.

Compensation : $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
