Every great workplace runs smoothly because someone behind the scenes makes it happen. As our team continues to grow, we're looking for a Workplace Coordinator(Part time) to help create an exceptional workplace experience in our Naperville office.
At Haber, we're building something exciting, and we're looking for someone who enjoys bringing order, creating a welcoming environment, and making sure the little things are always taken care of. You'll play an important role in helping our team stay focused on building and growing the business.
What you'll own:
- Keep the office stocked with groceries, snacks, beverages, and everyday supplies.
- Ensure the office is organized, welcoming, and ready for the team each day.
- Coordinate day-to-day workplace logistics and support vendor visits as needed.
- Be the go-to person for general office operations and occasional errands.
- Continuously look for ways to improve the workplace experience.
Who we're looking for:
- Organized, proactive, and dependable.
- Someone who enjoys taking ownership and working independently.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment where every day is a little different.
- Experience in office administration, hospitality, workplace operations, executive support, or customer service is a plus—but not required.

Role Details:
Location: Naperville, IL
Schedule: Approximately 15 hours per week (around 3–4 hours per weekday)
Preferred Hours: Weekday mornings / first half of the day
