Job Description:
Habebe Couture is searching for a passionate retail Sales Associate that is eager to create a seamless and memorable shopping experience for our customers. Through in-depth product knowledge and exceptional customer service, our Sales Associate will educate, inspire, and outfit our customers while building brand loyalty. Responsibilities:
- Engage and connect with customers to create a specialized shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals using various selling techniques.
- Share expert product knowledge with customers to maximize sales.
- Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty.
- Show understanding of customer’s personal style when offering fashion advice.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, neat, and tidy store always.
- Complete assigned job responsibilities such as floor sets, filling the floor, ringing up customers, etc.
- Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect.
- Perform other tasks as necessary, to support the team and the store when business needs arise.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience required.
- Must be results driven and utilize knowledge to meet or exceed KPIs and goals.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and verbal skills required.
Compensation
Hourly rate: up to $20.00 per hour
