HABcore's homes in Toms River (PT Weekend overnight shifts 12a-8a) and Asbury Park (PT evenings 4p- 12a weekends) seek residential staff for 16 hour positions. Possibility of other PT shifts becoming available in Monmouth and Ocean Counties.

$20.00/hr to start. Possibility for a higher rate with significant experience. Overnights come with an additional $1/hr shift differential. $200 hiring bonus paid after 3 months of successful job performance after training. All positions come with annual performance bonuses. Flexibility preferred to help cover other shifts when in need. Hiring rate may be increased for demonstrated significant experience.
Duties: Supervise residents and attend to their needs in accordance with HABcore policies and procedures.
Prepare and serve food in a healthy manner for meal and snack times where applicable. Ensure that the environment is clean, safe and healthy at all times.
Maintain daily residential log.
Interact with the residents in a courteous, caring and helpful manner.
Communicate with management.
Work cooperatively with management to provide quality services and ensure coverage at all times, covering additional shifts when needed. Many shifts are single coverage.
Brief on-coming staff members to prepare them for upcoming shifts.
Utilize crisis intervention techniques and problem solving skills when needed and in conjunction with the management's instructions.
Perform tasks consistent with supervision of self-administration of medication if necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
