Job Summary
The Pre-Owned Sales Representative is responsible for assisting customers through the vehicle purchasing process while delivering an exceptional BMW experience. This role is ideal for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Guide customers through the selection of pre-owned vehicles
- Conduct test drives and present vehicle features and benefits
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Follow up with customers before and after the sale
- Accurately complete sales documentation and compliance requirements
- Work collaboratively with management, finance, and service departments
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred (BMW experience a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Professional appearance and demeanor
