First Shift - 7:00AM - 3:00PM
Second Shift - 3:00PM - 11:00PM - Base Pay $1.00 Shift Differential

What will you be doing?
- Standard Fabrication – Utilize machinery to customize fabric belts (measuring, cutting, pressing) to customer specifications.
- Special Fabrication – Utilize machinery to customize fabric belts (perforations, v-guides, flex cutting) to customer specifications.
- Automated Fabrication – Utilize multiple automated machines to customize fabric belts to customer specifications.
- Direct hire opportunity
- Eligible for bonuses and incentives
- $500 bonus after 90 days of employment
- $500 additional bonus after 180 days of employment
- $1000 additional bonus after 365 days of employment
- $750 referral bonus after 6 months
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be cleared on any background screening
- English literacy
- Ability to use a calculator and a tape measure.
- Computer skills a plus
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds. Must be able to stand, walk, sit; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

Responsibilities Of This Position
- To support the vision, mission and guiding principles of the company.
- While performing any procedure, all associates and contract personnel must observe applicable Safety, Health, and Environmental rules and guidelines. The use of appropriate personal protective equipment is required.
- Attend and participate in training opportunities and seminars relevant to this position.
- Adhere to appropriate company operating procedures, benefit rules, employment policies and safety policies.
- Follows work instructions and is responsible for good quality.
- Paints tubes when required.
- Wraps tubes and/or sleeves and transports mandrels to the autoclave.
- Notifies Group Supervisor of any problems concerning quality or equipment.
- Follows all safety rule and procedures.
- Maintain good housekeeping in department.
- Performs other duties as required.
