What will you be doing?
- Standard Fabrication – Utilize machinery to customize fabric belts (measuring, cutting, pressing) to customer specifications.
- Special Fabrication – Utilize machinery to customize fabric belts (perforations, v-guides, flex cutting) to customer specifications.
- Automated Fabrication – Utilize multiple automated machines to customize fabric belts to customer specifications.

Basic Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be cleared on any background screening
- English literacy
- Ability to use a calculator and a tape measure.
- Computer skills a plus
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds. Must be able to stand, walk, sit; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION:
- Operates a number of looms at one time assigned by Lead person according to workload.
- Notifies Lead person of any problems with material and /or loom.
- Notifies Lead person in advance when production runs will be completed in order that work may be assigned for new runs.
- Doffs rolls from looms when finished with order.
- Picks up spare loom whenever possible when changeovers are being made.
- Able to lift to 40 lbs.
- Pulling the shuttle from the loom end, changing the bobbin, then reinstalling the shuttle back in the loom and restarting the loom. Repeating this process every couple of minutes per loom.
- Cutting tails with scissors after each bobbin change.
- Pulling weights up for waste yarn (weights are 10-15 lbs.).
- Drawing up looms to change size.
- Cut the rolls of fabric off the loom (doffing) and carry the fabric to the rolling table.
- Oil looms at the start of shift with manual oil pump.
- Performs other duties as required.
First Shift - 7:00AM - 3:00PM
Second Shift - 3:00PM - 11:00PM - Base Pay $1.00 Shift Differential
