We’re a family-run RV dealership that takes pride in doing things the right way — for our customers and our team. As our Lead RV Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert in the service bay, leading repairs, guiding our technicians, and helping us keep our workflow smooth, safe, and high-quality.
This role is perfect for someone who loves hands-on work but also enjoys leading people, solving problems, and building a strong shop culture.
What You’ll Do
Technical & Quality Leadership
- Diagnose and repair advanced RV systems, including:
- 12V/120V electrical systems
- Plumbing and water systems
- HVAC and climate control
- LP/propane systems
- Appliances, exterior, and structural components
- Serve as the escalation point for complex or unusual repairs
- Review completed work to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with industry standards
Team & Workflow Leadership
- Lead and mentor technicians and apprentices
- Assign work orders and keep jobs moving efficiently
- Support skill development and ongoing training
- Promote a clean, safe, and professional work environment
Operations & Coordination
- Work closely with parts, service advisors, and management
- Help estimate labor, parts, and repair timelines
- Track productivity and reduce rework or comebacks
- Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
Customer Support (When Needed)
- Help explain technical issues and repairs in a clear, respectful way
- Support warranty and insurance repair processes
What We’re Looking For
Must Have:
- 5 years of experience in RV, marine, automotive, or heavy equipment repair
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, propane, and RV appliances
- Leadership experience or a natural ability to lead and train others
- Ability to read schematics and service manuals
- Valid driver’s license
Nice to Have:
- RVIA, RVDA, or manufacturer certifications
- LP/Propane certification
- Experience with warranty and insurance repairs
- Familiarity with service or shop management software

Work Environment

Pay & Perks
- $22/$35 hour, based on experience
- Full-time (40 hours/week
