What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Fullstack and AI Developer position at HAAR Recruitment?
JOB DESCRIPTION
Senior Full Stack Developer
AI-Native / Agent Evaluation Platform
About the Role
We’re hiring a senior full stack developer to serve as a primary builder on AI agent evaluation and assurance platform.
This is not a traditional full stack role where someone picks up tickets across frontend and backend. We need someone who is deeply technical, highly productive, and genuinely AI-native in how they work. That means using modern agentic coding workflows, operating multiple parallel cloud development sessions, moving quickly across the stack, and helping turn a complex technical vision into working product.
You’ll help build the platform that allows enterprises to test, evaluate, govern, and improve AI agents and agentic workflows. The work spans React frontend, backend services, orchestration layers, cloud infrastructure integration, and third-party enterprise systems including Salesforce, AWS Bedrock and Agentcore, and other agent platforms.
We already have strong AI expertise and DevOps support. What we need is a highly capable builder who can connect the pieces, write a high volume of solid code, and help establish an engineering workflow that is truly agentic and high velocity.
What You’ll Do
Build core product capabilities across the stack
- Develop and ship frontend experiences in React
- Build backend services, APIs, orchestration layers, and platform integrations
- Translate product and technical direction into high-quality production code
Own implementation across complex AI workflows
- Help design and implement systems for agent evaluation, orchestration, observability, and execution
- Integrate with third-party platforms such as Salesforce, AWS Bedrock, Bedrock Agents, AgentCore, and related enterprise systems
- Work across structured and unstructured workflows, including cloud session orchestration and test execution pipelines
Operate in an AI-native development environment
- Use AI tools and agentic coding workflows as a core part of daily development
- Effectively manage 4–6 simultaneous cloud coding and execution sessions
- Help define and improve how the team uses AI coding agents, parallel development flows, and rapid iteration
Drive speed without sacrificing quality
- Write a high volume of clean, maintainable code
- Move quickly from concept to implementation while maintaining strong engineering judgment
- Help reduce ambiguity by solving problems directly rather than waiting for perfect specs
Collaborate across disciplines
- Partner with AI engineers, product leadership, and DevOps
- Help connect infrastructure, model workflows, product UX, and enterprise integrations into a coherent platform
- Contribute technical ideas, architecture feedback, and pragmatic solutions as the platform evolves
What We’re Looking For
Core Requirements
- Strong experience as a full stack engineer building production systems
- Strong frontend capability with React and modern component frameworks (TypeScript preferred)
- Strong backend experience building APIs, services, and orchestration layers (Node.js, Python, or both)
- Hands-on AWS experience — comfortable working directly with services like Lambda, ECS/EKS, Step Functions, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and CloudFormation or CDK
- Production experience with MongoDB — data modeling, query optimization, aggregation pipelines, and operating at scale in cloud environments
- Ability to work comfortably across product, platform, and integration boundaries
- Proven track record of shipping high volumes of quality, production-grade code in fast-paced environments
- Strong grasp of modern engineering practices: CI/CD, automated testing, infrastructure-as-code, observability, and version control workflows
- Comfortable working in a small, senior team where ownership is high and hand-holding is low
AI-Native Workflow Requirements
- Genuine fluency with AI-assisted and agentic coding workflows (e.g., Claude Code, Claude Code Codex, Cursor, Copilot, Windsurf, or similar)
- Comfortable working in an environment where AI tools are used heavily for development acceleration
- Able to manage multiple parallel cloud sessions and coding agents productively (3–6 simultaneously)
- Understands how to use AI to increase throughput while still maintaining correctness, structure, and code quality
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce, Agentforce, or enterprise SaaS integrations
- Experience with AWS Bedrock, Bedrock Agents, AgentCore, or other LLM/agent platforms
- Experience with orchestration systems, browser automation, evaluation systems, or AI observability tools
- Experience building products involving agents, copilots, workflow automation, or LLM-based systems
- Background in building evaluation, testing, or quality assurance platforms
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or multi-agent orchestration patterns
- Prior work in startups or high-growth environments where speed and adaptability are essential
The Right Person
The right person for this role is a builder first — comfortable owning real implementation, not just architecture diagrams. Fast, but not sloppy. Excited by ambiguity and capable of turning moving pieces into working systems. Able to bridge frontend, backend, integrations, and orchestration. Energized by modern AI-native engineering workflows rather than threatened by them.
Technology Environment
Front End
React, TypeScript, modern component frameworks
Back End
Node.js and/or Python, REST & GraphQL APIs, MongoDB
Cloud / Infra
AWS (Lambda, ECS, Step Functions, Bedrock, S3, DynamoDB, CDK)
Integrations
Salesforce, Agentforce, Amazon Bedrock Agents, AgentCore, and more
AI Tooling
Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot, and/or equivalent agentic coding tools
DevOps
CI/CD pipelines, IaC (CloudFormation/CDK), containerization
Why This Role Matters
This person will play a major role in shaping both the core product itself and the way our engineering team builds going forward. We are building in a space where speed, technical depth, and good judgment all matter. This role is central to getting the platform into customers’ hands and establishing a development process that can keep pace with the market.
- Be at the center of building a product in one of the fastest-moving spaces in tech — AI agent evaluation
- Work alongside experienced DevOps and AI specialists in a team that values execution and expertise
- Operate at the cutting edge of agentic software development — this is not a traditional feature factory
- High autonomy, high impact — your code ships and matters
- Hybrid work environment with flexibility built in
