Structured increases at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year, with annual reviews after that

You’ll be part of a team wiring and assembling electrical components for large, custom HVAC units used in commercial and industrial settings.
This is hands-on, detail-focused work. You’ll be running conduit, pulling wire, and installing components based on prints and build specs.
This is not repetitive bench work. Every unit is different, and you’ll be expected to stay engaged and keep learning.
This is a safety-sensitive position. Attention to detail and safe work practices are required at all times.

What You’ll Do
- Read prints and follow electrical build instructions
- Run conduit and bend EMT
- Perform basic wiring (light runs, motor runs, control runs)
- Install components like VFDs, actuators, and UV systems
- Assist with testing, including HIPOT testing
- Mount enclosures and complete electrical layouts
- Work with your team to keep builds moving on schedule
- Ability to read basic prints or willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail and organization
- Reliable and shows up on time

- On your feet most of the shift
- Regular lifting up to 25 lbs, occasional up to 50 lbs
