Your Role
As part of the production team, you will report initially to the Production manager.
Main responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical and electronic parts.
- Inspect and test manufactured products & incoming goods.
- Track manufacturing and inspection steps in the ERP.
- Work according to internal documentation.
- Maintain complete traceability in manufacturing.
- Report unexpected events & findings and promote safety of flight.
- Perform product Final Inspection.
- Comply with internal safety guidelines.
- Participate to the scale-up and growth of production activities (e.g. collaborative edition of Technical Instructions).
Your Profile
- Experience in a regulated environment is appreciated, but not mandatory
- Background in mechanics or electronics, a mix of both is a plus
- Comfortable following internal procedures while remaining open to change and continuous improvement
- Electrical / wiring knowledge is a plus
- Familiarity with machine, process, or maintenance environments is a plus
- Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt priorities as needed
- Genuine interest in working in the innovative field of electrical aviation
- Willingness to occasionally work at another company site if the need arises
- Good level of English; French is an asset
