depression, anxiety, and PTSD reclaim their lives. Our practice specializes in advanced,

rapid-acting interventional psychiatric treatments—including Ketamine infusions and

SPRAVATO® (esketamine) nasal spray—alongside comprehensive psychiatric care and

Role Summary

We are seeking a versatile, professional, and empathetic Medical Assistant (MA) or

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to anchor our new Hailey clinic. In this dual clinical and

administrative role, you will be the face of our clinic, orchestrating seamless daily

workflows from front-desk intake to direct clinical care. A cornerstone of this position

involves administering and monitoring our breakthrough SPRAVATO® treatment protocols,

ensuring unparalleled patient safety, comfort, and compliance.

Core Responsibilities

1. Patient Care & Clinical Intake

  • Rooming & Vitals: Warmly greet and escort patients to treatment rooms. Accurately

measure and document vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, heart rate, pulse

oximetry, and temperature).

  • Intake Documentation: Conduct comprehensive pre-treatment assessments,

verify patient medical histories, check allergies, and confirm the specific purpose of

the visit within our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.

  • Treatment Room Prep: Sanitize, stock, and maintain clinical rooms, ensuring all

biomedical monitoring equipment is calibrated and fully operational.

2. SPRAVATO® Treatment Assistance & Monitoring

  • REMS Protocol Compliance: Actively support the provider in managing strict Risk

Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies (REMS) requirements during treatment.

  • Direct Treatment Supervision: Assist providers with preparing and administering

SPRAVATO® nasal spray devices. Continuously observe patients during their

mandatory 2-hour post-administration monitoring period.

  • Patient Safety Checks: Perform precise pre-, intra-, and post-treatment vital sign

assessments. Actively monitor for potential adverse side effects (e.g., sedation,

dissociation, or acute blood pressure changes) and immediately escalate

anomalies to the supervising clinician.

  • Therapeutic Environment: Maintain a quiet, calming, and comfortable clinical

atmosphere designed to minimize sensory overload for patients undergoing

interventional treatment.

3. Front-Office Coordination & Financial Management

  • Patient Logistics: Proactively manage the Hailey clinic schedule, coordinate

recurring appointment blocks, and handle multi-channel communications (phone,

email, text reminders).

  • Financial Processing: Collect copays, deductibles, and self-pay balances at the

time of service. Provide accurate payment receipts and balance day-end point-of-

sale logs.

  • Insurance Support: Support clinical staff by verifying insurance benefits and

collecting necessary documentation for prior authorizations on complex

treatments.

Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)

  • Certification: Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (CMA/RMA) OR

holding an active Idaho state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.

  • BLS/CPR: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.
  • Clinical Skills: Highly proficient in manually and digitally capturing patient vital

signs.

  • Technical Savvy: Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

systems and foundational office platforms (Microsoft Suite).

  • Communication & Discretion: Exceptional interpersonal communication skills

with an unwavering dedication to patient privacy, strict HIPAA regulations, and

ethical clinical standards.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

  • Behavioral Health Experience: 1 years of experience working inside an outpatient

psychiatric practice, behavioral health center, infusion clinic, or urgent care facility.

  • Advanced Treatment Exposure: Prior experience observing or assisting with

Esketamine (Spravato) or IV Ketamine procedures.

  • Startup/Growth Mindset: Enthusiasm for participating in a new clinic rollout,

displaying the flexibility and problem-solving skills required to build efficient

workflows from the ground up.

Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive Pay: Hourly wage commensurate with your clinical experience and

background.

workdays.

  • Health Insurance: Comprehensive health coverage offered for the employee after

90 days of employment.

  • Paid Time Off: Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) package to support rest and recovery.
