Position OverviewH2Pro LLC is seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter / Remodeling Technician to join our growing team for full-time residential renovation and house flipping projects.
The ideal candidate is experienced in multiple aspects of residential remodeling and capable of working independently while maintaining quality workmanship and meeting project timelines. This role requires hands-on experience across interior and exterior renovation tasks and a strong understanding of construction efficiency within renovation budgets.
This is a full-time, on-site position supporting projects primarily located in the Greater Boston area and surrounding regions.
Key Responsibilities- Perform rough and finish carpentry including framing, trim, and installations
- Install drywall, taping, and finishing
- Complete interior and exterior carpentry work
- Install flooring (tile, vinyl, laminate, engineered hardwood)
- Assist with kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects
- Cabinet installation and finish trim work
- Install windows, doors, and interior finishes
- Perform painting (interior and exterior)
- Conduct minor plumbing work (fixtures, vanities, toilets)
- Conduct minor electrical work (light fixtures, switches, outlets)
- Support siding, roofing, and exterior repair tasks when required
- Perform demolition and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Follow construction safety standards and company procedures
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet deadlines
- Proven experience in residential remodeling or construction
- Strong carpentry skills including framing and finish work
- Proficiency using power tools and hand tools safely
- Ability to read basic plans and follow project instructions
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Understanding of residential construction processes
- Physical ability to lift and handle construction materials
- Reliable transportation to project sites
- Experience working on house flipping or renovation projects
- Multi-trade experience (carpentry, flooring, painting, light plumbing/electrical)
- Efficiency working within renovation timelines and budgets
