Marketing & Business Development Manager- Americas – South West USA based

Role Primary task
To achieve the corporate leads targets in the Americas: Arizona, Texas, California, Mexico and other American countries; To build a robust funnel of partners, distributors, and potential clients.
Role Summary:
This manager is responsible for achieving corporate leads targets, building a robust pipeline of partners, distributors, and potential clients, driving H2OLL's growth in the water-from-air sector. This role focuses on the Americas and requires vision, strong relationship building skills, and the ability to lead the Marketing & business development and marketing initiatives in the said regions.
Primary Responsibilities in the Americas:
• Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to meet annual and long-term marketing targets, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and mission.
• Partnership Development: Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with distributors and business partners in target markets.
• Marketing: Conduct competitive and pricing analyses and identify key value drivers to refine business strategies and enhance client acquisition.
• Corporate Website, Social media & Digital Presence: Oversee and manage social media content and strategy (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and manage the company website’s content, design, and updates.
• Additional responsibilities may be added or changed from time to time.
Qualifications:
• Resident of a South West USA state
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development within a B2B startup environment.
• Demonstrated success in executing marketing strategies in the US/SA.
• Experience in the water industry is an advantage.
• Native-level English proficiency. Spanish an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree and MBA in business management or a related field.
