Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a multi-hatted role that entails administrative, financial bookeeping and modeling, event planning. The Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating schedules, managing communications, and assisting with project management. Day-to-day tasks include handling emails, preparing reports, maintaining records, and facilitating organizational tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Experience in administrative support and project management
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the water and power industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree (will consider high school if reentry)
