Position Summary
We’re looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to develop and close new commercial accounts in Northeast Indiana. This is a B2B, field-based role focused on identifying prospects, conducting on-site presentations, and securing new equipment leases or service agreements.

Responsibilities
· Prospect, cold call, and generate leads within assigned commercial territory (office, healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality, warehouse, education, etc.)
· Conduct face-to-face presentations and product demonstrations showing cost savings, environmental benefits, and convenience of bottleless systems
· Manage the full sales cycle — from initial contact through closing and post-sale follow-up
· Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals
· Maintain organized records of all sales activities in CRM
· Coordinate with service and installation teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
· Attend occasional trade shows, networking events, and local business functions
Qualifications
· 1 years of successful outside or B2B sales experience (preferred industries: office equipment, water/beverage, jan-san, vending, or facilities solutions)
· Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals through self-generated leads
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
· Strong work ethic, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel required)
· High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation & Benefits
· Base salary uncapped commissions performance bonuses
· First-year target total earnings: $80,000-$100,000
