Job Overview
The ideal candidate will be highly organized and detail oriented, while also posessing strong customer service skills to take our customers through the process of having a water system installed. Candidate should also be knowledgeable about construction and project coordination ensuring that the project runs smoothly from beginning to end.
Duties:
- Manage all phases of the project from estimating to site prep , execution and completion of water running in the home.
- Research the project and provide an estimate using Service Titan construction system.
- Coordinate the project with the teams to achieve outstanding outcomes.
- Implement change management processes to adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Estimate management including project tracking, forecasting and billing
- Communication with the customer on project schedule
- Review contracts and manage compliance with company requirements
- Understand owner contract requirements and ensure compliance
- Perform on site visits, monitor project progress and address any issues that arise making sure to obtain any needed change orders
Skills
- Experience in project management within the construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and techniques
- Organizational skills, time management and prioritization
- Strong customer service skills
- Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members
- Ability to maintain focus on goals combined with the flexibility to alter course when necessary.
