What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance Manager position at H2O Sportz & Marine?
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our dynamic boat dealership team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dealership’s finance and insurance (F&I) operations, helping customers secure financing, and ensuring compliance with all lending and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with the sales team to structure deals, present financing and protection product options, and deliver a seamless customer experience from purchase to closing.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in automotive, marine, or recreational vehicle financing, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to meet performance targets. This position requires a high level of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers and lending partners.
- Coordinate and process all customer financing and loan documentation
- Present and sell F&I products such as extended warranties, insurance, and protection plans
- Build relationships with banks, credit unions, and other lending institutions
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to finalize deals efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and meet dealership financial goals
- Previous experience in finance management, preferably in marine, automotive, or RV industries
- Strong knowledge of lending practices, credit evaluation, and compliance
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Proficiency with dealership management systems and financial software
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards
Pay: $36,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
