Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Malta, NY. The Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting water treatment equipment for both residential and commercial clients. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing system issues, conducting routine maintenance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and documenting service reports. The technician will also provide hands-on support and education to clients regarding proper system use and care.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Maintenance, Repair, and Maintenance procedures
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical or mechanical issues
- Field Service experience, including performing on-site installations and inspections
- Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction
- Ability to work independently in on-site environments
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to client locations
- Prior experience in water treatment or related industries is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is an advantage
