Duties
- Perform routine pool cleaning tasks, including skimming debris, vacuuming pools, and brushing surfaces to maintain optimal water quality.
- Inspect pool equipment such as filters, pumps, and chlorinators; identify issues and perform basic repairs or notify maintenance teams for more complex fixes.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to carry out maintenance tasks on pool systems and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, repairs, and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Assist with water testing procedures to monitor chemical levels and adjust treatments as needed for safe swimming conditions.
- Conduct visual inspections of pool areas to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs, ensuring a safe environment for all users.
- Support team members in maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of pool facilities.
Qualifications
- Prior service technician experience or hands-on work with pool maintenance is not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a valid, current drivers license.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
