This role is essential for organizing our financials and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Financial Management
Manage all bookkeeping in QuickBooks (certification required)
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Preparing financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
Assist with budgeting and financial tracking
Coordinate with CPA for tax preparation
Office Management
Support managing partners with administrative tasks
Manage and maintain organized financial and operational records
Manage invoices, contracts, and client billing
Assist with payroll coordination
Order office supplies
Qualifications
QuickBooks Certified (required)
Proven experience in bookkeeping and office management
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Comfortable in a fast-paced, creative agency environment
