Job description:
H2O Care is seeking a Supply Chain/ Field ops support person to join our supply chain team.
This is a Hybrid Role with multiple responsibilities. Candidate must be willing/able to do ALL facets of the job. This is a Full-Time position.
The primary responsibilities of the supply chain/Field ops support position Includes:
Responsibilities
- Receiving in bound material orders and put away according to established procedures.
- Picking stock and equipment and organizing them as outgoing project materials.
- Some Preassembly of project equipment and materials using BOM’s, and drawings provided.
- Maintain accurate pick lists and records of outgoing staged material.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment.
- Conduct routine weekly inventory counts of common materials.
- Load the delivery truck(s) each day with required project materials that will be delivered to remote locations.
- Load delivery items safely and efficiently.
- Perform vehicle inspection before departing for deliveries.
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is maintained in a clean and safe operating condition.
- Comply with relevant transportation, road regulations, and safety standards.
- Deliver equipment and materials to our remote office locations put away according to established procedures.
- Deliver salt and materials directly to customer locations following established procedures.
Physical Requirements:
1. Able to move, push, load and unload items up to 150 pounds
2. Able to lift, bend, kneel, crouch, and stretch
3. Able to climb in and out of van multiple times per day
4. Able to walk up and down stairs as necessary to deliver items
5. Ability to safely operate mechanical and motorized material handling equipment including liftgates, pallet jacks, forklifts, and stackers.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and driving.Ability to follow established work processes and procedures.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
