Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Office Manager. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, providing customer service, and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate office activities and operations to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, manage email correspondence, and handle client inquiries with professionalism.
  • Creating and closing work orders for our technicians.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Support the management team with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:

  • $50,000-$60,000 per year, based on experience plus bonus
