Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Office Manager. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, providing customer service, and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate office activities and operations to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage email correspondence, and handle client inquiries with professionalism.
- Creating and closing work orders for our technicians.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Support the management team with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
